Choose the calendar each booking link uses, and when it can be booked

Send a link's bookings to the calendar its owner picks, choose which calendars count as busy, limit a link to set dates, and export transcripts as Markdown.

Booking links can now choose which calendar bookings go to, which calendars count as busy and which dates can be booked. Transcripts gain a badge and a Markdown export.

Send bookings to the right calendar. Set one default calendar for new bookings, chosen from any calendar you can write to on any Google account you have connected. A link's calendar owner can send its bookings to a different calendar of their own, and admins can reset that choice. Where bookings are added.

Decide which calendars count as busy. Each link can check its calendar owner's usual calendars for busy times, or a list of calendars the owner picks. Busy-time checks.

Limit a link to certain dates. Give a link a first and a last bookable day, in the link's own time zone. The booking page opens on the right month, and once the last day has passed it stops offering times. Bookable dates.

Co-hosts can now reach Calendar Settings from My Calendars in the sidebar. Reconnecting Google keeps your calendar choices, and moving or cancelling a booking made on a second Google account now updates the event in that account.

Transcripts are easier to spot and take with you. Episodes with a transcript show a Transcribed badge in the episode list, and a transcript can be exported as Markdown, with the episode title and paragraphs grouped by speaker. Export the transcript.
