Yes. Every paid plan, including the Founders deal, comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If it isn't working for you, tell us within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full, no questions asked. It covers your first payment on a plan rather than renewals, and you can cancel any time.
You do not get cut off. We tell you when you are close at 80%, suggest an upgrade at 100%, and bill the prorated difference on your next cycle. No surprise overage charges.
Yes. The free plan works alongside any host. When you are ready to move, we import every episode, match them by title, and redirect your RSS with a 301 so your feed URL and subscribers stay exactly where they are.
Your feed is standard RSS you can point elsewhere any day you choose. Your audio is downloadable. We take nightly encrypted off-site backups. And there are two founders you can email who answer within a day.
